Mearns View Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking an Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high quality, person-centred activities programme for residents, including those living with dementia.
You will plan and lead both group and one-to-one activities, tailoring to individual interests and care needs. You will work with the Home Manager to ensure consistency with care plans and maintain records to improve outcomes.
