Clwyd Alyn Housing is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for Chirk Court, Chirk, Wrexham, to support older residents in a home-like setting. You’ll build meaningful relationships, assist with daily personal care, meals and hydration, and contribute to a calm, homely environment.
