• Providing personal care and support to residents with dementia and other health conditions
• Assisting with manual handling and using appropriate equipment safely
• Implementing care and treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Offering companionship and emotional support to residents
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents

• Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or social care
• Experience with manual handling equipment in a live environment (training provided)
• Compassionate and dedicated attitude towards elderly care
• Ability to deliver holistic and therapeutic care
• Right to work in the UK
