Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales is recruiting Health Care Support Workers for the Open Rehab Ward Carreg Fawr, Bryn Y Neuadd, Llanfairfechan.
You will provide day-to-day care under a Clinician's supervision, support elderly patients with dementia and mental health needs, promote independence, and work closely with relatives, carers and MDT colleagues to achieve positive health outcomes. Welsh language is desirable, applications in Welsh welcome.
