Bank Support Workers (Drivers Preferred) – Flexible Cover Role | South Wales

Locations: Swansea (Brynhyfryd) & Burry port - Applicants must be willing to travel across these areas.

Hours: Day & night shifts

Contract: Bank / zero-hours – providing cover for sickness, annual leave, and service needs as required.

This role is ideal for those seeking ad-hoc or flexible work
, alongside other commitments.

This is not a domiciliary care role
. You will be part of a specialist team delivering one-to-one support to clients with complex needs, including spinal injuries, brain injuries, epilepsy, neurological conditions, and learning disabilities.

• Day and night shifts available
• Bank shifts offered as required to cover sickness and annual leave across 2 of our South Wales packages
• Flexible scheduling based on service need and your availability

Supporting clients in their own homes with:

• Personal care
• Medication administration
• Moving and handling
• Managing clinical equipment
• Shopping
• Providing short-term and ongoing cover within existing care packages, and supporting new packages when needed

• Up to £14 per hour
  , dependent on NVQ qualification
• Full specialist training provided
