Consensus is recruiting a Support Worker for Pool Cottage, Wilcrick, near Newport, to help people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs live fulfilling lives.
You will engage residents in meaningful activities, support leisure and social events, assist with communication, and promote a safe, inclusive environment. Shifts are rotational, 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities to develop through training and career progression.
