North Lincolnshire Council's Home First short stay service provides rehabilitation and reablement support in a 30-bed setting. The Reablement Assistant assists with moving and handling, personal care, medication support and helping people regain independence, under therapy plans and with other health and social care professionals.
The role offers a stable part-time contract (28 or 32 hours per week) on a rolling rota, covering morning and afternoon shifts.
