NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced Rehab Support Worker to join the Community Rehabilitation Team in the Kirkcaldy Locality. You will deliver daily rehab programmes in service users’ homes or in outpatient settings, working alongside Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Nursing to support early discharge and prevent hospital admission.
A SVQ Level III in Health and Social Care or equivalent is required; experience as a support worker and with older people is desirable.
