Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant for a casual, part-time role in a care home. You will support residents with daily living, provide companionship, and help create a warm, respectful environment.
The position offers flexible hours to suit other commitments and requires empathy, clear communication and a can-do attitude. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will follow individual care plans, assist with meals and provide one-to-one attention where needed.
