HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care across dementia, nursing and residential settings. You will plan, implement and monitor care plans with a focus on dignity, independence and security for residents.
You will lead a team of Care Assistants, coordinate with nursing staff, and contribute to meaningful activities that improve wellbeing. A Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Social Care is preferred, with progression toward Level 3.
