Adult Support Worker

Location: Wolverhampton (Various Care Homes)
Pay Rate: 15.56 per hour
Shifts: Ad hoc shifts across weekdays, evenings, nights and weekends

As an Adult Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing person-centred care and support
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Promoting independence and wellbeing
• Offering emotional support and companionship
• Supporting residents with mobility and personal care needs
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
• Working collaboratively with care teams to deliver high-quality care

• Previous experience working within adult care settings
• A caring, empathetic and patient nature
• An in date moving and handling certificate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and flexibility to cover a variety of shifts
• A commitment to delivering outstanding care and support
