Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our Wales care home. You will support residents with daily living, share moments, and deliver compassionate, person-centred care that enhances quality of life.
Full-time role (36 hours) with day shifts from 8:00 to 20:00. Training is provided, and you will work with a supportive team to help residents enjoy each day and create meaningful memories.
