NHS Ayrshire & Arran in Scotland is recruiting an experienced Rehab Support Worker to join our Community Rehabilitation Team (CRT) in the Kirkcaldy Locality. You will deliver therapeutic rehabilitation in patients' own homes and out-patient settings, coordinating with Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Nursing colleagues.
The role requires SVQ Level III in Health and Social Care, with strong communication and organisational skills; flexibility to work across sites and 24.7 hours over 7
