Care Support Workers - NASLS - Female Only Salary : £13.45 per hour plus benefits Requirements :

Most of our support is 1:1, allowing you to build strong relationships with the people you work with.
What We Offer:
Full induction and training - including shadowing experienced colleagues Opportunity to gain SVQ qualification in Health and Social Care Paid travel time and expenses if travelling between relevant supports 24/7 on-call support from our management team Small, supportive teams - you'll regularly work with the same individuals At least one weekend off every four weeks
What We're Looking For:
Willingness to work a variety of shifts including community supports, day, evening and sleepover shifts (rotas are built around the people we support) Excellent communication and people skills A positive, enthusiastic attitude toward learning and development Basic IT skills A commitment to person-centred care and inclusion Ability to work as part of a team and solve problems creatively Must be 18 (for insurance purposes) Previous care experience is desirable but not essential - we value the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting others.
