City and County Healthcare Group Ltd in Holyhead is seeking a confident, friendly Complex Care Assistant to support a client with complex care needs in their own home.
No prior care experience is required as we provide full nurse-led training. Welsh language ability would be a bonus and there are day and night shifts to fit your schedule.
You will build a trusting relationship, help the client stay active in the community, and benefit from flexibility and career growth within CCH.
