HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Wales. Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing, including personal care and daily activities, while upholding individual dignity and comfort.
We prioritise safeguarding and provide ongoing training. Two full-time positions are available, with opportunities for growth and development within HC-One’s care homes across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care.
