All screens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Medicines Management professional to review hospital initiated medication changes in line with Practice Protocols and update patient records accordingly.
You will support and coach administrative staff, contribute to Medicines Management Policy development, review Repeat Prescribing Protocols to improve efficiency, advise GPs and staff on prescribing changes, and help ensure safe, cost-effective prescribing.
