Case Management Cymru Ltd. is seeking a warm, patient Support Worker to assist a gentleman who sustained a brain injury. You will build a positive relationship, motivate him to achieve goals, and help him engage in meaningful activities.
A full induction and Enhanced DBS check will be provided, and mileage is paid. You will work with an expert multi-disciplinary team and receive ongoing supervision from a dedicated Case Manager.
