Waythrough is seeking a dedicated Recovery Coordinator to manage a caseload of adults receiving recovery support across community settings. The role combines office-based work at the HAGA/HRS hub with outreach in the community to deliver person-centred interventions for OST, alcohol use, and other substance-related needs.
You will coordinate recovery plans, run group sessions, and build strong links with GPs and social care networks to help service users progress on their recovery journey.
