Waking Night Project Worker
Location:
Newton Longville Salary: £24,480 per annum
Hours:
35 hours per week
Contract:
Permanent Full Drivers Licence Required Be a source of reassurance and support during the night. At Litslade Farm , our registered care home in the heart of Newton Longville, we support a small group of adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live independently and confidently and we are looking for someone who can provide calm, reliable support throughout the night.
What You Will Be Doing As a Waking Night Project Worker, you will:
Support vulnerable adults during night hours, ensuring their safety and wellbeing Communicate effectively using methods tailored to individual needs Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care Promote independence and respect the wishes of the people we support Maintain accurate records and report any concerns promptly Respond to and document any crisis events that may occur during the night Assisting with complex health needs, including PEG feeding, insulin administration, and catheter care (full training provided) Provide personal care when needed, ensuring respect, dignity and safety are upheld Offer emotional support as required You will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and compassion, creating a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.
About You We are looking for someone who is calm, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent care. You will also need to:
