• Provide personal care and support to residents in nursing and residential homes
• Use manual handling equipment safely and effectively
• Assist in implementing individual care and treatment plans
• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in all care activities

• Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or social care
• Experience with manual handling equipment in a live environment (training provided)
• Compassionate attitude and a desire to improve residents’ quality of life
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to deliver holistic and therapeutic care to people with dementia
