All screens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Recovery Navigator in Swindon to support a small caseload of up to six clients. You will work with individuals to understand their experiences, strengths, challenges and risks, and contribute to the development of formulations and safety plans.
You will deliver psychoeducation and skills-focused interventions, collaborating with intensive teams in AWP to reduce suicidality, self-harm and the acuity of mental health symptoms while creating tailored support
