Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in Leeds is seeking an experienced and motivated nurse to join the renal team as Band 7 Ward Leader for J50 Female Renal Inpatient Unit, specialising in nephrology and renal transplantation. J50 cares for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, including those on dialysis and post-transplant management.
The Ward Leader will provide visible, supportive leadership to a multidisciplinary team and ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
