The Advanced Clinical Practitioner will join our Older Persons Continuing Care Wards (OPCC Wards) at Poole and Bournemouth Hospitals to provide clinical leadership and advanced autonomous practice across the Directorates OPCC Wards. The post holder will assess, diagnose and treat frail older adults with complex needs, operating with Masters level theory and autonomous judgement.
