Location: Colney
The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a receptionist for the Pain Management Clinic at Adelaide Street Health Centre. You will greet patients, check them in, input outcome forms in PAS and assist with medical records preparation.
You will handle complex patient queries with the multi-disciplinary team, help book appointments to target dates, and contribute to a patient-focused admin service at Colney Lane.
