HCRG Care Group is seeking a compassionate Rehabilitation Assistant to join the Interdisciplinary Team at Swindon Intermediate Care Centre on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). The role includes a 6-month rotational placement between Swindon Intermediate Care Centre and the Community Stroke Team, offering exposure to inpatient and community settings.
You will support Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech and Language Therapists, manage a delegated caseload, and help
