What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and deliver high-quality, person-centred care to patients within a secure environment.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review personalised care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions, including individual and group-based support, to address a range of mental health needs.
- Monitor patients' wellbeing and respond appropriately to changes in presentation or risk.
