Full Time Stretton Hall Nursing Home is recruiting for a Registered Home Manager to manage the home in Church Stretton. Essential skills:
Experience managing a similar sized home Passionate about Dementia care. Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance to CQC requirements Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team

Experience of managing and working towards budgets Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home Excellent communication skills-confident working with local authorities and building new contacts Benefits:
