At present all the people we support have several hours of 1:1 or 2:1 support during the day as well as some shared support day and night. The ideal employee will have a passion for working with people with enduring mental health, a keen interest in the psychology behind complex behaviours that challenge and the willingness to learn and practice Positive Behaviour Support.
It's important to note that some people being supported may self-harm, have severe anxiety or also show behaviours of concern.
- Competitive rate of pay of £13.60 per hour with additional pay on some of the Bank holidays
