We are seeking a skilled and motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our team at Colney Hospital, specialising in inpatient orthopaedic elective care. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored rehabilitation plans, collaborating closely with the multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient recovery. Flexibility in working hours is available, including the possibility of extended shifts. Candidates must be prepared to work within the Band 6 price cap.
Whatwill you be doing in this Physiotherapy role?
As a Band 6 Inpatient Physiotherapist, you will deliver comprehensive physiotherapy services to patients recovering from elective orthopaedic surgeries. This includes conducting detailed assessments, creating and executing individualised rehabilitation plans, and monitoring progress to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide education to patients and their families. Your role will involve adapting treatment approaches based on patient needs and ensuring that all interventions are evidence-based and tailored to promote effective recovery.
Requirements- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registration is essential.
- Proven experience in inpatient physiotherapy, preferably with a focus on orthopaedic elective care.
- Ability to work flexibly within the Band 6 price cap.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capability to manage a diverse caseload.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive outcomes.
