• Minimum of 12 months right to work in the United Kingdom
• Experience working within a care home
• Ability to work flexibly as a Bank Care Assistant, including day, night, and weekend shifts
• Day shifts are 8am‑8pm; night shifts are 8pm‑8am
• Previous care experience required
• Current visa sponsorship is not available

• Companionship – providing support, communication and engagement
• Personal care – assisting with wash, bath, shower, dressing and oral care
• Medication – prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams
• Meals – supporting clients with healthy meals, snacks and beverages
• Domestic tasks – light cleaning duties
• Mobility – supporting clients to live as independently as possible
• Social activities – trips out, social engagements and activities within the home
