Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker or Team Leader looking to take the next step in your career within specialist neurological rehabilitation?

At Brainkind
, you'll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, helping them regain independence, rebuild confidence and achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals.

Based at Kerwin Court
, just outside Broadbridge Heath, you'll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Speech & Language Therapists, delivering person-centred rehabilitation that genuinely transforms lives.

About Kerwin Court

Kerwin Court provides specialist residential neurorehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injuries in a welcoming, community-based environment.

Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to deliver personalised rehabilitation programmes, supporting people to develop everyday living skills, build confidence and safely access their local community.

As Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality care whilst supporting and developing the Rehabilitation Support Worker team.

The Role

As a Team Leader, you'll provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and guidance to a team of Rehabilitation Support Workers, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered at all times.

Working closely with clinical colleagues and service management, you'll help create a positive, supportive environment where both the people we support and your team can thrive.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example, developing others and making a genuine impact within specialist neurological rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise and motivate a team of Rehabilitation Support Workers.
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered in line with individual rehabilitation plans.
  • Promote independence, choice and positive outcomes for the people we support.
  • Support staff through regular supervision, coaching and development.
  • Maintain high standards of professional practice and person-centred care.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals.
  • Support compliance with Brainkind policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to incident reporting, safeguarding and health & safety processes.
  • Build positive relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders.
  • Support other services within the division where required.
About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care whilst supporting and inspiring others.

You'll ideally have:

  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve this within 12 months).
  • Previous experience working within a care, support or rehabilitation environment.
