Interim Team Leader

About the role

As a Team Leader you will play a key role in delivering services within the home by ensuring the promotion of good working practice, offering support to staff and acting as a role model. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager as well as the Registered Manager to provide professional support, supervision and guidance to Support Workers, and ensure continuity of care.

You will work as part of a dedicated, qualified and capable staff team who put the people living here at the heart of what we do.

Located in a picturesque part of North Wales, Highfield Park has 13 residential services for adults who have a learning disability, autism, challenging behaviour, mental health issues or complex behaviours. Each home is a specialist provision with its own dedicated staff team.
