Are you passionate about neurorehabilitation and looking for an opportunity to shape and develop physiotherapy within a specialist neurocognitive service?, Cygnet Afon Las is a brand-new, 15-bed neurocognitive service for men, scheduled to open in early 2027. The service will provide specialist assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and longer-term support for individuals with complex and enduring neurocognitive needs who may be unable to access more traditional neurorehabilitation services or live safely and independently within the community.

We are looking for an ambitious Physiotherapist to lead and develop physiotherapy provision at Cygnet Afon Las, a brand-new specialist service in Corwen. Whether you are an experienced Band 7 or a strong Band 6 ready to take your next step, we can offer structured support, specialist supervision and a unique opportunity to establish physiotherapy provision from the outset.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the physical function, mobility, independence and quality of life of men with complex and enduring neurocognitive needs., The post holder will work at Cygnet Afon Las, leading and developing physiotherapy provision as part of the interdisciplinary team., Cygnet Health Care was established in 1988.
