Care Assistant Job in Barmouth and across Gwynedd
Pay: £14.25 to £16.35 per hour
About the role
Newcross Healthcare is recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants in Barmouth and Blaenau Ffestiniog to join the Newcross team in Gwynedd.

* Your responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in care home and community settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care tailored to each individual's needs.
Deliver person centred care that promotes dignity and independence.
Support people with daily routines, personal care, moving and handling and life skills.
Provide emotional support and build positive relationships.
Encourage confidence and safer, more independent living.
What you need
Right to work in the UK.
At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last three years.
Enhanced background check (e.g. DBS, PVG or AccessNI), or willingness to apply.
Great communication skills.
Experience in providing personal care and moving and handling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A caring approach built on integrity, respect and empathy.
