Various Locations (South Wales, North Wales, Redditch, Cornwall, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Gloucestershire) Pay Rate: £14.25 Job Type: Temporary / Agency About the Role We are currently recruiting dedicated and passionate Enhanced Support Workers to join our workforce across several key services and regions. As a Support Worker, you will be providing critical daily care, emotional support, and developmental encouragement to individuals within Children’s Services, Activity & Intervention programs, and Adult Services.
Key Responsibilities Delivering high-quality, person-centered care and support to service users. Assisting with daily routines, educational activities, and personal care where required. Promoting independence, safety, and well-being at all times. Maintaining accurate care records and incident logs. Collaborating effectively with permanent service staff, multidisciplinary teams, and management. Previous experience in a support worker role within Children or Adult Social Care. Candidates working within Welsh locations must be registered with Social Care Wales (or eligible to register).
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, resilient approach. Enhanced DBS check (preferably on the Update Service) or willing to undergo one.
