Job title: Therapy Manager – Coleg Elidyr, Carmarthenshire
Salary: £35,353 to £39,237 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 4.45pm Term time only (48.2weeks per year)
Main geographical location of role: Rhandirmwyn, Carmarthenshire

We are looking for someone to design and oversee our therapeutic services, including speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, positive behaviour support and music therapy.
The role involves close collaboration with the education, residential care, and Inclusive Lives teams to embed communication-rich, person-centred practice across all residential and learning environments.
