7.30am–2.30pm and 2.30pm–9.30pm
Pay: £13.00ph up to £14.50ph with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements

Due to location, drivers with access to vehicle are required.
Your Role
This is a hands-on role where every day brings something different.
You’ll support people with complex care needs, including individuals who use wheelchairs, helping them with:
Personal care and everyday routines
Developing life skills and greater independence
Accessing the community and enjoying social activities
Shopping, swimming, gardening, arts and crafts and more
Making choices and working towards personal goals
Managing behaviours in a positive and person-centred way
Following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice

You’ll need to be flexible and comfortable working shifts, as our services run around the people we support.

Who This Role Is For
We’re looking for someone who is:
Caring, patient and hands-on
Flexible and able to work a range of shifts
Resilient and composed when supporting complex needs
Experienced with autism, complex care and physical disabilities
Confident following Positive Behaviour Support plans
Comfortable supporting people with mobility needs, including wheelchair users
Passionate about helping people achieve their goals
