Support Worker, Caregiver

We are looking for Support Workers to join us at Clynsaer, Cynghordy, Llandovery and Bryn Y Wawr, Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire, previously known as (Oakview Care). Make a real difference every day tled in the stunning Welsh countryside near Llandovery, Clynsaer is a specialist residential service where compassion, teamwork and person-centred care transform lives. Whether you’re starting your first career in care or bringing existing experience, you’ll be supported to help adults with learning disabilities and complex needs develop independence, build confidence and achieve their personal goals.

• Working in a 24-hour 7 days a week service.
• You’ll be working various shifts. up to 3 shifts per week including some weekends.
• Day and night work available.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care, ensuring dignity and respect
• Support with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities
• Assist with meal preparation and encourage a nutritious diet
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
• Promote independence by supporting life skills such as budgeting and self‑care
• Encourage participation in social and community activities
• Follow care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support guidelines
• Administer medication (after training) and ensure health and safety compliance
• Maintain accurate records and participate in handovers

• Able to work as part of a team
• No previous care experience required as full training given

• Salary: £13.90 per hour
