Our client is a medically-led wellness and performance clinic based near Manchester Airport, built around five pillars —Look, Move, Feel, Optimise and Elevate. They combine physiotherapy, sports therapy, strength and conditioning, and performance/metabolic testing(including VO2 max and strength diagnostics) to deliver care that is premium,proactive and personal.
ROLE PURPOSEOur client is growing the team and are looking for a full-time, employed Physiotherapist to join them. You'll hold your own caseload across general MSK, post-operative and sports rehabilitation, working within a clinic that gives you the diagnostic tools, multi-disciplinary support and CPD backing to do your best clinical work — and to keep developing well beyond your first two years qualified.
This is a long-term role for someone who wantsto build a career, not just fill a seat!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assess, diagnose and treat a broad caseload of musculoskeletal, post-operative and sports-related conditions.
- Design and deliver individualised rehabilitation and treatment programmes, adjusting plans based on patientprogress and, where relevant, objective performance data.
- Work alongside the strength & conditioning and sports therapy team to support patients through the full recover-to-perform pathway.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and documentation in line with HCPC standards and clinical governance and CQCrequirements.
- Build genuine relationships with patients that reflect the premium, personal standard of care and support strong rebooking and retention.
- Contribute to the clinic's clinical reputation— for example through patient education, referrer relationships, or content that supports the MOVE pillar.
- Over time, develop working knowledge performance testing services (VO2 max, strength diagnostics) and how they integrate with physiotherapy caseloads.
- Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc or MSc) and current HCPC registration.
- Minimum 2 years' post-qualification clinical experience, with a broad general caseload spanning MSK, post-surgical andsports-related presentations.
- Confident, evidence-based clinical reasoning and a genuinely patient-centred manner.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working within a premium, private-clinic setting.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Sports therapy or sports rehabilitation experience, particularly with active or athletic populations.
- An interest in the performance and strength& conditioning side of rehab — VO2 max, strength diagnostics, orreturn-to-performance testing — and a willingness to grow into this area.
- Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
- Experience in a private practice ormulti-disciplinary clinic environment.
- Salary of £32,000 – £40,000 per annum,dependent on experience.
