You'll be working F ull time (40 hours per week from 8:30am to 5pm) at Cygnet Hospital Bury Hudson, helping provide a safe and healthy environment for the people in our care.

Your Day to Day:
- To carry out the collection, sorting and delivery of internal and external mail and parcels throughout the hospital.
- To provide a delivery and collection service for clinical and office equipment to include clinic consumables, stationery, letters and parcels, furniture, waste cardboard and confidential waste across all hospital buildings.
- Responsible for the delivery and collection of clean and dirty linen to and from wards and to liaise with the external laundry service provider to manage deliveries and collections and to ensure that stocks of linen are maintained.
- To move furniture and equipment as required including the dismantling and disposal.
- Carry out routine maintenance checks on vehicle. Also carry and use a Hospital fuel purchase card.
- To complete office moves as requested by the Administration Manager.
- To produce a weekly and monthly report on the use of the cars to be sent to the head of support services.
A full, clean & valid UK driving license - Friendly, conscientious & an excellent team member with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication & organisational skills.
- Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting (desirable).
