Support Worker
- Rosendale, Lydstep - £13.45 to £13.75 per hour
- Full Time day and nights, and part time available
Plus an annual location allowance of £1500

We’re a leading organisation dedicated to provide exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism.

Located in Lydstep, with views of the sea and the rolling Pembrokeshire hills, Rosendaleoffers a calm, supportive and homely living environment for up to six adults from the age of 18. In the main house are four en‑suite bedrooms, a large lounge, a teaching area and a kitchen/dining area. In additional to this is a 2-bed self‑contained flat. At Rosendale fun knows no bounds, beach days are a favourite, along with cinema trips & swimming adventures.

A day in the life of working at Rosendale includes:
  • Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
  • Support our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration ;
  • Promote independence, self‑esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones ;
  • Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
  • Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

  • Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
  • A full UK driving licence
    – essential for supporting our individuals with transport to appointments and activities.
  • No experience needed — just passion, patience, and commitment!
Right to Work Requirement:

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and, where applicable, hold a visa with at least 18 months remaining at the time of application. We cannot accept applications from Student Visa holders or candidates requiring sponsorship or sponsorship transfers. Successful candidates with a time‑limited right to work will be employed on a fixed‑term contract ending on their visa expiry date.
