Full-time night care assistant post at Riverside Place, a 72-bed home offering residential, nursing, dementia and palliative care. The work centres on supporting residents with their everyday lives. Shifts run 8pm to 8am with alternate weekend working, in a home rated Good by the CQC. Compassion and empathy are the main tests of fit for the role.
