PAs to Gentleman in His

We are looking for two PAs who can help to support a gentleman in his home. The individual that we are looking for is patient, calm and must be able to manage confusion or behavioural changes.

• -Provide continuous supervision throughout the evening to ensure safety and reduce risk of falls
• - Monitor for signs of dizziness, instability, confusion, or disorientation, and intervene early where required
• - Support safe mobility, including assistance with standing, walking, and movement within the home
• - Assist with transitions (e.g. chair to bed) and deliver a structured bedtime routine, including changing clothes and settling for the night
• - Respond appropriately in the event of a fall or medical concern, including escalation to family or emergency services if required
• - Deliver dementia-focused care, managing confusion, repetition, agitation, or resistance with a calm and reassuring approach
• - Maintain a consistent and structured evening routine to support stability and reduce anxiety
• - Ensure evening medications are taken (prompting or administration - to be confirmed)
• - Clean dishes and kitchen following meal preparation
