Senior Care Lead - Dignified Resident Care & Mentoring
BCG is recruiting a Senior Carer to deliver person-centred care, support residents with daily living tasks, and work alongside the Nurse on duty. You will supervise Carers and contribute to care plans and reviews.
You will need SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care; dementia care knowledge is desirable. UK work authorization and PVG checks are required; sponsorship is not offered. Full training will be provided.
