Care Assistant - Care Home

Location: Gosmore

This role is working 8am to 8pm (12 hour shifts) with rotational weekends - we can not offer shorter shifts for the role. ABOUT

THE ROLE As a Care Assistant at Barchester, you'll play a vital role in helping our residents enjoy each day to the fullest. Providing both practical support and meaningful companionship, you'll make a genuine difference to the lives of the people you care for. In this role, you'll:
Support residents with daily living activities and personal care Help residents with food and drink throughout the day Build positive relationships and provide companionship Follow individual care plans and support resident wellbeing Spend valuable one-to-one time with residents Encourage independence while promoting dignity and respect Work as part of a caring team to deliver high-quality support No two days are ever the same, making this a rewarding opportunity to use your skills, develop your experience and make a real impact every day.
