Your responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
* Assist residents with personal care, washing, dressing and daily activities.
* Support residents with mobility and moving safely.
* Promote residents' dignity, independence and well-being.
* Monitor residents' general well-being and report any concerns.
* Maintain accurate care records and follow care-home procedures.
* Work effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
Essential requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
* Minimum 6 months of UK healthcare experience, preferably within a care home or nursing home.
* A valid DBS certificate, registered on the DBS Update Service.
* Up-to-date mandatory healthcare training certificates.
* The right to work in the UK.
* Good communication skills and a caring, professional attitude.
* Reliability and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
