As a Leisure Attendant at Crerar Hotels, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our guests in the gym, pool, and leisure areas. A strong commitment to customer service is essential, along with the ability to work as part of a team while taking the initiative when needed.

Prepare the leisure club each morning, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure all policies and procedures are followed. Assist with swimming lessons and act as a lifeguard and first aider where required.

• Strong swimming skills required to pass a swimming test.
• Relevant experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends.
• Good communication skills, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
