Guest Services Assistant
Location: Whitecliff Bay, Isle of Wight
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Variable seasonal contract – evenings & weekends required
Short description: Make guests feel welcomed and inspired from check‑in to the moment they leave.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet guests and check them in/out.
- Make bookings for activities and handle inquiries.
- Resolve complaints to keep guests properly looked after.
Note:
Weekend and bank holiday work required.
