Job Title: Recruitment Administrator (Multi-Trade)
Location: London SE1 (2 days per week in office / 3 days remote)
Contract: Temporary 3 months
Hours: 35 hours per week
Start Date: Early January

About the Role:
We are supporting our client in sourcing a highly organised Recruitment Administrator to provide short-term cover within a busy, process-driven recruitment function. This role is ideal for a strong administrator who is confident working with complex processes and high volumes of activity.

While experience within multi-site, high-volume recruitment is desirable, candidates without this background will be considered if they can demonstrate strong administrative capability, attention to detail and resilience in fast-paced recruitment environments. You will be supporting multi-trade recruitment activity and ensuring recruitment processes are followed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support across multi-trade recruitment
  • Manage and maintain accurate records across recruitment systems and trackers
  • Support vacancy setup, candidate coordination and onboarding processes
  • Ensure recruitment processes are followed in line with internal controls and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to gather information and provide updates
  • Handle high volumes of recruitment-related data with accuracy and consistency
  • Identify process improvements and support smooth workflow across the team
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal teams
About You:
  • Strong administrative experience within complex, process-led environments
  • Experience in high-volume or multi-site recruitment desirable but not essential
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Resilient, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams
